Reservations * can be made by e-mail, by phone or through this website * require a payment of 100 € * minimum stay is 2 nights Office hours Mon-Fri: 10 am - 6 pm Please let us know if your arrival is outside office hours. We will charge 35 € for arrivals after 6 pm. For arrivals after 9 pm and for arrivals on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays we will charge 50 €. Check-in Long-term stays require a security deposit of 250 € upon check-in (refund at the end of the stay, any damage to the apartment will be decucted from the security deposit). For short-term stays we require a valid passport. Rental fee + 40 € cleaning fee is paid in advance (cash or by credit card) Check-out Check-out time is 10 am. If tenant fails to leave the apartment by this time an additional night will be charged. Emergencies Upon check-in we will provide you with a mobile phone number in case of emergency outside of our office hours. |
Apartments Rules Be considerate: a considerate behavior creates a nice coexistence with the other neighbours. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is stricty prohibited inside our apartments. Smoking will be considered as damage to the apartment and it will be charged as such from the security deposit. Noise and loud music should be avoided after 10 pm. Lock your apartment and close the street door. Do not buzz-in commercial mail or strangers. We are not responsible for items stolen or lost from the apartments. Lights and the air-conditioner should be turned-off when leaving the apartment. Any water leak, or any damage to the apartment or its contents have to be reported immediately. Damages to the apartment or its content caused by the tenants will be deducted from the security deposit. Do not bring more people into the apartments without notifying us. |
